FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions we get. Don't see yours? Give us a call.

Do you offer free estimates?+
Yes. Every project starts with a free, on-site consultation and a transparent written quote. No obligation, no high-pressure sales.
How quickly can you start?+
It depends on the season. Spring and early summer book up fastest, so we recommend reaching out 2–4 weeks ahead for installation projects. Smaller jobs and maintenance can often start within a week.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and are properly licensed to operate in Utah. Documentation is available on request.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Salt Lake City and serve the greater Wasatch Front, including West Valley City, Taylorsville, Kearns, Magna, Murray, South Jordan, West Jordan, Sandy, Draper, and surrounding communities.
Do I need to be home during the work?+
Not necessarily. Many of our clients are at work during the day. We'll coordinate access, keep you updated, and walk you through the finished project when it's done.
How long does a typical landscape installation take?+
A standard front or backyard installation takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on size, scope, and weather. We'll give you a clear timeline with your quote.
Do you handle both residential and commercial?+
We focus primarily on residential properties, but we do take on select commercial work in the local area. Reach out and we'll let you know.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For larger projects we offer phased payment tied to project milestones.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?+
Yes. We offer ongoing lawn care, turf management, and seasonal maintenance programs. Ask us about a yearly package — most clients save compared to one-off visits.
Can you work with my existing designer or architect?+
Absolutely. We're happy to collaborate with your landscape architect, designer, or general contractor. We've built strong working relationships with several in the area.
